These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the NutriLog platform ("NutriLog", "we", "us", or "our") by the user ("you", "your"). By accessing or using NutriLog, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NutriLog. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the service only with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NutriLog exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Engage in any activity that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of NutriLog;
• Use the service for any form of unauthorized or automated data collection, such as scraping or mining.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these obligations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of NutriLog require a paid subscription. All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription access is granted for the period purchased and will expire at the end of the term unless renewed by the user.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, and functionality on NutriLog are the exclusive property of NutriLog and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy

Your use of NutriLog is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the service, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm NutriLog, other users, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it via your user profile. All personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may deactivate and schedule for deletion any account that shows no meaningful activity. Deactivated accounts remain inaccessible but recoverable for 7 days, after which all associated data will be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to the use of the service.

NutriLog provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via the platform or by email, where applicable. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
